With Headless TPRM, you can assess vendors, run reports, and take action using natural-language conversation, with no dashboards, wizards, or training required.
ComplyScore®, a risk and compliance management solution, has launched Headless TPRM, a new architecture that separates the secure system of record for vendor risk and compliance data from the way people interact with it. Instead of requiring users to navigate menus, forms, and multi-step wizards, the new Headless User Interface for ComplyScore® TPRM enables risk teams, procurement staff, and business owners to ask business queries in natural language. They can seamlessly access information from ComplyScore® and other enterprise applications at their fingertips to support faster decision making.
Built for the Flow of Work
Headless TPRM extends Atlas Systems’ ComplyScore® platform with an API-driven, conversational intelligence layer. Ability to interface with ComplyScore® and other enterprise systems would provide comprehensive and holistic information. ComplyScore® technology enables this securely, ensuring users can access only the information and functionality they are authorized to use across ComplyScore® and other enterprise systems. The database that stores sensitive risk records, scoring rules, and governance policies remains unchanged in the background. What changes is the frontend: instead of a traditional dashboard, users express what they need in natural language, and AI agents carry out the underlying tasks, whether that means launching a vendor assessment, checking the status of a review, or running a report.

“For years, TPRM software has asked users to adapt to the software, to learn its screens, its workflows, its language,” said Venu Chalamala, Founder and CEO of Atlas Systems. “With Headless TPRM, we are flipping the equation. The software now comes to the users, within the tools and applications they already use, eliminating the complexity and delivering superior user experience, that is unmatched. This isn’t an incremental evolution of TPRM. It’s a leap forward in how enterprise risk and compliance software is experienced, accessed, and embedded into the way people work.”
With the launch of Headless TPRM, requests such as starting a new vendor assessment, checking a risk score, or pulling a compliance report happen through natural-language commands within an interactive conversation, or through embedded workflows via API. Users no longer need technical or system-specific knowledge to complete these tasks. No clicking through buttons or wizards, and no memorizing menu trees. The system understands intent expressed in natural language and acts on it directly.
Users can ask about a vendor’s risk score or the status of a review and receive a narrated answer drawn from existing data. The system can also initiate and execute underlying actions and workflows directly, rather than simply describing them. For actions that require the appropriate level of access, the chat interface supports interactive, permission-based workflows, so a transaction can typically be completed end-to-end within the same conversation. Access remains fully governed, and users can only view or act on data from organizations they are already authorized to access.
Why Headless TPRM
By decoupling the experience layer from the system of record, users interact with vendor risk and compliance data through chat, voice, or embedded workflows, without migrating or disrupting the underlying compliance data itself. For customers, this means a zero-learning curve, since there are no complicated screens or menu trees to master, and greater agility, as new experiences can be introduced or upgraded independently of the core risk and compliance system.
