eOne Solutions Launches Ramp + Microsoft Dynamics GP Integration, Delivering Automated Financial Operations for Mid-Market Organizations

Powered by SmartConnect iPaaS, the new integration eliminates manual data entry and accelerates month-end close for Dynamics GP users

eOne Solutions, the leading integration platform for Microsoft Dynamics GP, today announced the launch of its Ramp + Microsoft Dynamics GP integration, a powerful new solution that automates the flow of financial data between Ramp’s modern spend management platform and Dynamics GP ERP systems. The integration is powered by eOne’s industry-leading SmartConnect iPaaS and is available immediately.

Finance teams at mid-market companies have long faced a painful disconnect between their corporate card and spend management platforms and their ERP systems. The result: hours of manual data entry each week, delayed month-end closes, and limited real-time visibility into actual company spend. The new Ramp + Dynamics GP integration eliminates these friction points entirely.

“Dynamics GP customers deserve the same modern, automated financial workflows that enterprise organizations have come to expect,” said Mark Polino, Solution Architect Team Lead at eOne Solutions. “By connecting Ramp’s best-in-class spend management capabilities directly to Dynamics GP through SmartConnect, we’re giving finance teams back their time and giving leadership the real-time visibility they need to make confident decisions.”

“Ramp has long supported customers using Microsoft Great Plains, and our partnership with eOne takes that experience to the next level,” said Daniel Appierto, Partner Consultant at Ramp. “With eOne’s 20+ years of expertise in the GP ecosystem, we’re now delivering a seamless, fully automated integration—eliminating manual work, improving accuracy, and giving finance teams real-time visibility.”

Two-way Sync, Out-of-the-Box
The integration supports syncing in either direction of key financial data, including corporate card transactions, vendor bills, employee reimbursements, GL coding and dimensions, vendor records, and chart of accounts. Pre-built field mappings are ready to import and use immediately, with full configurability for organizations that need to tailor the integration to their specific chart of accounts, approval workflows, or cost center structure.

Business rules can be configured directly in Ramp to automatically code transactions, route approvals, and trigger syncs based on company policies — meaning data flows into Dynamics GP accurately and without manual intervention.

Built on 20+ Years of Dynamics GP Expertise
The integration is built on eOne SmartConnect, an industry-leading integration platform trusted by thousands of Dynamics GP users worldwide. SmartConnect provides enterprise-grade security with bank-level encryption, a scalable architecture capable of handling high transaction volumes, and a dedicated support team with deep Dynamics GP expertise.

Most customers complete the full integration setup in one to two weeks, with implementation support available from eOne’s solutions team throughout the process.
