ETA Announces Expansion to Canada to Support Growth and Innovation in North American Market

The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the global trade association for the payments technology and merchant acquiring industry, announced its expanded presence in Canada.

ETA has been an active participant in public policy advocacy on behalf of its members and the industry at large in Canada since 2018. ETA’s expansion will be focused on delivering world-class industry affairs products and services that support growth, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the Canadian payments market. ETA industry affairs work includes education, credentialing, compliance, trade and networking events, market research, public affairs and regulatory analysis that empower its members to build a vibrant and rich industry that supports global commerce.
