Fintech Tipalti Accelerates Global Expansion With New Toronto, Canada Location

Tipalti, the leading global payables automation company, announced that it will be opening new offices in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is the sixth global office for Tipalti, joining existing locations in San Mateo, California, Plano, Texas, London, England, Kibbutz Glil-Yam, Israel, and Vancouver B.C., Canada.

The new office is set to open  2022. Tipalti is actively recruiting talent for the new location, looking primarily for Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, Solutions Consultants, Alliances and Sales Operations. Tipalti will initially hire 80 new team members in the office in 2022, and scale to 300 team members over the next two years.

The opening of Tipalti’s sixth global office in Toronto comes following another year of accelerated growth. In 2021, the company acquired Approve.com (a leading cloud procurement solution), announced an AP-controlled corporate payment card, an integrated procurement and payables solution, and expansion of its financial operations capabilities. It also added integrations to expense management provider Expensify and with tax-filing provider Zenwork. The company maintained its best-in-class customer satisfaction rating of 98%, grew its revenue by 83% in the first half of 2021 relative to the first half of 2020, and grew to over 700 employees worldwide. Tipalti was also included on both the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies list and the Deloitte Fast 500 for the fourth year in a row.
