An expert in end to end customer experience with over 25 years of success across the software industry, Bodin joins Tradeshift from cloud-based planning software company Anaplan, where he was Chief Customer Officer. He played a pivotal role in helping Anaplan scale revenues during and following the company’s highly successful IPO in 2018, leading the company’s global professional services, customer care, customer success operations teams, and the Anaplan Academy.

Before Anaplan, Bodin led the software practice for SBI, a management consulting firm specializing in marketing and sales. He had previously spent five years at BMC Software, holding several senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations and Strategy. Earlier in his career, Bodin held customer-focused leadership positions across a range of start-up, mid-size and Fortune 50 technology companies, including IBM, Oracle and BEA Systems.

“Events over the past eight months are triggering a huge push towards true digitization of operational processes across global supply chains,” said Christophe Bodin. “Sitting at the intersection of digitization and financing puts Tradeshift in a unique position to help organizations and their extended supply chains become resilient and adaptable in the face of ongoing volatility. Tradeshift already has an enviable track record in helping some of the world’s largest organizations manage that transition. I’m excited to continue building on such solid foundations.”
