ENACOMM To Provide Elko FCU With Technology Solutions For Secure And Convenient Voice Banking And Intelligent IVR

Katapult Removes Late Fees as Part of a Consumer-Centric Focus

ENACOMM, a FinTech enablement company equipping credit unions with affordable solutions that empower them to compete with the technology offerings of the largest financial institutions, was selected by Nevada-based Elko Federal Credit Union to provide members with the opportunity to manage their financial accounts and transactions using voice banking technology and advanced, intelligent Interactive Voice Response (IVR). The deal was signed at this month’s 2020 Corelation Client Conference.

Through the agreement, ENACOMM’s intelligent IVR and voice banking will be available to Elko FCU members. ENACOMM’s hosted, dynamic IVR system for personalized and truly intelligent customer interactions is part of the ENACOMM Financial Suite (EFS). Its Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) is ENACOMM’s voice banking solution for financial institutions’ self-service users that works with popular digital voice assistants, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Using ENACOMM’s hosted systems, a properly authenticated user can confidently conduct secure banking transactions and gain virtually full access to their financial accounts—with the sound of their voice.
