The new DEX and trading terminal introduces instant-finality swaps, liquidity pools, live market discovery and an integrated trading experience days before Asentum’s Incentivized Testnet and airdrop campaign begins.
Asentum has opened a new part of its ecosystem.
Today, the post-quantum, JavaScript-native Layer 1 launched Auras.finance, a decentralized exchange and trading terminal built specifically for the Asentum blockchain.
The release gives users a purpose-built environment to trade assets, create and explore liquidity pools, discover new pairs and interact with DeFi directly on Asentum. It arrives only days before the network’s Incentivized Testnet opens on September 17 at 4:00 p.m. UTC.
More importantly, Auras turns that upcoming testnet into something users can actively explore.
Rather than limiting participation to faucets, token transfers and infrastructure testing, users will be able to interact with markets and liquidity while generating real activity for the network.
A DEX Built Around Asentum
Auras is a native automated market maker built around Asentum, with ASE itself serving as the traded gas asset rather than requiring a wrapped intermediary token. Swaps emit on-chain events that feed Auras’ indexer, which in turn powers pairs, market data, candles and the terminal’s live trade feed.
The trading terminal brings much of that information into one interface.
Users can search markets, view trading activity and holders, monitor positions, choose between multiple chart intervals and execute trades using preset sizes and keyboard shortcuts. The interface also exposes market, limit and DCA trading controls.
Auras’ separate Pools environment provides searchable liquidity markets with TVL, volume, fees and APR information. Users can create new ASE-based pools across multiple fee tiers or add liquidity to existing markets.
A dedicated wallet view brings ASE and token balances into the same experience, reading balances directly from the chain.
Underneath all of it is Asentum.
The Layer 1 uses ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signatures from genesis, executes smart contracts as plain JavaScript source and is designed around consumer-accessible validation.
For Auras users, one of the most noticeable consequences is finality. Asentum’s BFT architecture provides immediate finality, allowing Auras trades to settle without waiting through probabilistic confirmation periods.

Turning Testnet Activity Into an Experience
Auras also plays a significant role in Asentum’s upcoming Incentivized Testnet.
When the campaign opens September 17, participants will earn XP for activity recorded directly on-chain. Trading through Auras and providing liquidity are both included in the published earning system.
The objective is to make testing useful to both participants and the network.
Every swap creates transaction activity. Liquidity providers exercise the AMM infrastructure. New markets test token and pool behavior. Increased trading activity puts the chain, RPC infrastructure and indexing systems under real-world pressure.
For participants, those same actions become part of the race up Asentum’s XP leaderboard.
Auras swaps currently carry 25 XP each, subject to a daily cap, while adding liquidity carries 45 XP per action. XP can also be earned through validator participation, transfers, broader chain activity and milestones. Staking, activity streaks and linked social participation can provide additional multipliers.
It means Asentum’s Incentivized Testnet will begin with more than a blockchain waiting to be tested. It will have an application layer waiting to be used.
DeFi Before Mainnet
The launch of Auras represents another step in Asentum’s move from core blockchain infrastructure toward a functioning application ecosystem.
The chain already combines post-quantum signatures, JavaScript smart contracts, consumer-accessible validators and native infrastructure designed to let contracts interact beyond basic on-chain logic. Auras puts those foundations behind a product users can interact with directly.
