Banking and Securities Veteran Justine Clark Joins Moses & Singer

Moses & Singer LLP is pleased to announce the arrival of Justine Clark as Of Counsel with the firm’s Banking & Finance and Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.

With more than three decades of financial services sector experience, Clark is a trusted advisor and dealmaker to organizations that range from middle-market banks to Fortune 500 companies. She advises banks and investors in connection with regulatory issues affecting the acquisition of substantial interests in bank holding companies. She has appeared before the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency concerning the approval of various banking combinations and has served as outside counsel to several foreign banks. Clark is also at the forefront of new developments pertaining to investments in FinTech, derivatives and ESG sectors, as well as the market for carbon credits.

Justine joins her former colleague, Joshua Soloway, who arrived at Moses & Singer in June as a corporate partner, focusing on venture capital and emerging growth companies in the technology, FinTech, and clean technology & carbon sectors. Clark and Soloway worked together for several years at New York firm Barton LLP.

Clark holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in Biochemistry from Barnard College. She is conversant in French, Spanish and Italian.
