J.D. Power Recognizes Global Payments for Offering Excellent Customer Service

Payment technology and software solutions provider, Global Payments Inc., recently announced that its Integrated business has been lauded by J.D. Power for offering an “Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for phone support.

This is the first instance when J.D. Power has honored a payment technology provider company.

A grouping of Global Payments’ OpenEdge business and the integrated payments business of TSYS, Global Payments Integrated offers payroll administration, m-commerce, Point of Sale, and payment processing solutions for businesses across the globe. Formed as a result of a merger between Global Payments and TSYS in the year that went by, the firm provides embedded commerce solutions to developers of business management software solutions. It caters to over 4,000 technology partners across 70+ vertical markets. Evalon, Fiserv, and TSYS are some of the major competitors of Global payments.

Robert Cortopassi, the President of Global Payments Integrated seemed elated at the recognition by J.D. Power and credited the honor to the company’s commitment towards exceptional customer service. Robert added that the company was humbled at being the first payment technology company to receive such recognition and that the firm will continue to work even harder towards bettering its customer service.
