Finastra and Clinc Announce Collaboration to Boost Digital Engagement and Reduce Service Agent Workload

With its partner, DecisionLogic, a preeminent provider of consumer and small business bank account and identity verification services for lenders and other financial institutions, Vergent LMS, a leading fintech lending platform, will now offer advanced verification services and streamlined lending processes. Under this partnership, lenders will have the capacity to instantly confirm a borrower’s identity, bank account information, and amount. Additionally, the programme gives lenders access to 365 days’ worth of bank account transaction data for borrowers, along with a layer of cutting-edge analytics that lead the sector. The success of their borrowers depends on the lenders’ ability to make prompt and precise decisions using this automated real-time approach. Lenders will get access to a broad range of APIs through Vergent, including a lender portal that streamlines procedures and offers unrestricted technical team and customer assistance. These APIs will help with integration and automation. Receiving live service by phone, chat, or email is advantageous to borrowers. This collaboration will produce a user-friendly process that does not require an account or routing number.

We are thrilled to formally launch our partnership with Vergent and solidify the premiere Instant Bank Verification and Identify Verification product in market for subprime lenders,” said Terri Goddard, EVP of Client Success at DecisionLogic. “Vergent’s innovative management platform is a best-in-class solution, and we share values surrounding world-class customer support, a commitment to data quality, and providing friction-free experiences for lenders and borrowers alike.” “We’re excited to be partnering with DecisionLogic to further assist our clients with their business goals,” said Scott Putnam, CEO of Vergent. “Through this collaboration, we’re able to provide another world-class feature that enhances customer service while also meeting automation needs for lenders and borrowers alike.”
